2. Who this policy applies to

3. Our role

When we provide automation services to a client business, that business decides why and how its customers' data is used. We process that data on the client's behalf and on its instructions, only to deliver the service. The client is responsible for telling its customers how their data is used and for getting any required consent. If you are a customer of one of our clients, you can also contact that business directly about your data.

For our own website, contact form and QLEM's own customer conversations, Pixigo Innovation Private Limited decides how the data is used.

4. What data we collect

SourceData
Contact form and emails Name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details you share about your project
Clients Business details, account login details, billing information, and settings or content you add to your automations (FAQs, replies, knowledge base)

Where a client uses the WhatsApp Business app alongside our platform (coexistence), this can include messages the client sends from the app and, if the client chooses to share it during setup, recent chat history.
Other connected platforms (if used) For Instagram automation: the Instagram username, comments and direct messages needed to run the automation the client set up
Website usage Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies or similar tools if enabled

5. How we use data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use data from WhatsApp or other Meta platforms for advertising or to build profiles for advertising.

6. Data from Meta platforms

Data we receive through Meta's platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) is used only to provide the services the client has requested, in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not transfer this data to data brokers or ad networks, and we do not use it to make decisions about anyone's eligibility for credit, employment, housing or insurance.

7. Service providers we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run our services, and only as much as they need:

We may also disclose data if required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If our business is merged or acquired, data may be transferred as part of that transaction under the same protections.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside India (for example in the United States or the European Union). When this happens, we use reputable providers that apply appropriate security measures.

9. How long we keep data

10. How we protect data

Depending on applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
