Data Deletion Instructions
Pixigo AI Lab and QLEM are brands of Pixigo Innovation Private Limited. This page explains how to delete the data we hold about you, including data received through our app "QLEM CoEx Automations" and Meta platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This applies to data we received through our website, our services, and any connected Meta platform, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
Option 1: Email us
Send an email to pixigoailab@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email address you used (for WhatsApp, the phone number you messaged from)
- The business you interacted with, if you know it
- What you want deleted (all data, or specific messages or details)
Option 2: Remove our app from your Facebook account
If you connected your Facebook or business account to our app:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings
- Open Apps and websites (or Business integrations)
- Find our app (for example "QLEM CoEx Automations") and click Remove
- Then email us as described in Option 1 so we can delete any data we already hold
Option 3: For client businesses
Clients can disconnect their WhatsApp Business account from our platform at any time, either from their settings or by emailing us. Once it is disconnected, we stop sending and receiving messages for that account and, on request, delete all associated conversation and lead data.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
- We verify your identity to protect your data.
- We permanently delete your data from our systems and our service providers' systems, except where we must keep it by law (for example tax records).
- We email you to confirm once deletion is complete, usually within 7–14 business days.
Messages you sent through WhatsApp may also remain on your phone and on the business's own WhatsApp Business app. We cannot delete those copies.
